My parents ask, long ago, why we didn't have a sandbox. I laughed and told them our entire farm was a sandbox, all we have to do is have bare ground. Since we had to dig up the back yard to fix the septic and basement drains and haven't had any rain, we haven't planted any grass seed and don't have any grass. So, therefore, our entire back yard is one huge sandbox! My girls love playing in the sand!
