Cousins saying "Boiler Up!"

This morning, I babysat Miss Ciara while Carla worked. Ciara and Jenna's schedules are a little off, so both girls were not awake and happy at the same times. Therefore, while Ciara was asleep Aunt Christa got the girls close and took pictures.

Ciara came wearing the Purdue shirt I got her, just so happens Jenna has the same exact shirt (size and all). So we played dress up.

Ciara slept through it all!

Boiler Up!

Bumbo

Carla made a comment that every picture I post is of Jenna laying on the floor. I decided it was time to get out the Bumbo and see what Jenna thought about it.
She didn't know what to think at first, then she found her foot...and stared and stared and stared at it.
I got lots of grins.

One that was even a little mischevious!

Pooh on the Wall

Carla finished Jenna's cross stitch picture. I think it turned out really cute. I hung it up over the weekend, so now Jenna has Pooh on the wall.

Little People

The "camping group" got together over the weekend. This was the first time several of them met both Jenna and Emma. I learned it is hard to get a good picture of 4 little people (under the age of 10 months). Youngest to oldest and L to R is Emma, Jenna, Aubrey, and Ciara.
All the girls were curious about the other people their size. Ciara decided she would explore another little foot....Yummy!

Ciara figured out Aubrey had a hairbow too!

Jenna really didn't know what to think about Emma. Emma is 5 days younger than Jenna.
Needless to say we had a lot of fun watching our little people interact with each other. Joe had some beautiful tulips which were the reason for the get together, but I didn't have my camera outsied with me. Thanks Joe and Deb for having us all!

Hands, Feet & Giggles

The last 10 days or so have been very exciting around the Hofmann household. One day at work, I caught Jenna sitting in her chair, staring at her hands. I touched the hand she was staring at and she pulled it away from me. The last few days she has really been staring at her feet. Her eyes get really big when she moves them. It is really neat to watch her amuse herself.

This evening, as I got done feeding her, she smiled. I smiled back at her and she started to giggle. This, of course, made me laugh....which in turn made her giggle again. It was precious. Then I tried to get her to giggle again and well...I guess she was done giggling for tonight.
