Daddy's Love

Daddy sure has been lovin' on his girls.  I was welcomed home from work on Saturday with a beautiful bouquet of flowers.  Somebody must really love me!

Daddy had ordered Jenna a toy box from a wood worker in Monroe City, IN.  Sunday he got the call it was ready, so tonight he stopped by and picked it up. 

Somebody must really love Jenna!

First Birthday Party

Today we had a party to celebrate Jenna's First Birthday.   Of course, there was family,

food, and cake....

and Jenna's first cake dive!

Yes, that is Jenna's full left hand mashing down the top of the cupcake!

She didn't eat a lot, but she did lick on her fingers!

Of course, we would like to thank our wonderful family for the presents that she received!

Delta Doctor Appointment

This morning I had a baby doctor's appointment at almost 22 weeks.  We revisited ultrasound because we didn't get any face, spine, or heart images during the first ultrasound.  As it turns out we may have a very shy little girl on on our hands (yes, they checked and she is still a girl).  She was in the breech position again, but they got 1 face shot, all the heart footage and 2 decent pics of her spine.

Delta weighed a pound, had a heart rate of 138, and is getting much more active.

Miss Jenna May is one today!

Just in Time!

Jenna got her 4th tooth between last night and this morning.  That means she has 4 teeth just in time for her 1st birthday (which is Wednesday).  I don't believe we have any others remotely close at this point.  We also took Jenna to get her 12 month pictures this weekend at Sears.  I think they turned out really cute.  I may try to share them either tonight or tomorrow early morning!
